We have just been emailed by you to say our flight from Ho Chi Minh to Phu quoc (Vietnam) will take off at 20:50 rather than 18:30. Booking number : vna110330 reservation code: 28739547. You have not provided a reason for this and I am disappointed by this service. No refund nor discount was offered just a message to in from us we will be delayed. Please provide a reason for this awful service.
