Lần đầu tiên đặt vé tại Alotrip. Riêng về Alotrip thì tôi rất hài lòng. Nhưng có vấn đề là sắp đến ngày bay thì có thông báo đổi lịch bay của hãng, tôi thắc mắc là giá vé chênh lệch của giờ bay chúng tôi đặt và giờ bay chúng tôi bị điều chỉnh sẽ do ai thanh toán? Những tổn thất về công việc do sự thay đổi giờ bay quá lớn (6 giờ) thì ai sẽ đền bù cho chúng tôi? Rất mong nhận được sự giải đáp của Alotrip. Trân trọng cảm ơn!

I am trying to do my Myanmar Visa but my South African Visa card does not want to process payment to the evisa website.

Is there any way you can help with acquiring my visa for Myanmar and do payment through you.

Dịch vụ tại Alo trip rất nhanh, hiệu quả. Tuy nhiên sau khi đã thanh toán vé tại Alotrip, mình check vé của hãng thấy rẻ hơn khá nhiều so với giá thanh toán tại Alotrip. Không biết alotrip cam kết giá vé rẻ trên nguyên tắc nào. Chắc Alotrip tính phí cao cho những dịch vụ phát sinh như đổi tên, hủy chuyến... Nhưng với những người đặt vé siêu tiết kiệm không áp dụng được các dịch vụ trên thì có vẻ lại không tiện ích cho lắm thì phải nhỉ?
